Production is a little goofy these days but it felt so good to be back at it!. . I had a wonderful time working with @mkgdept.columbus and @mivefashion filming content for their app launch. . I love it when I’m on set with all women. It’s such a different vibe. I’m not sure how to explain it, but having the ability to just relax and be yourself is such a weight off your shoulders. . Just for fun, I decided to do a little google search about women in video. . Turns out in the top 100 grossing films of 2019, women represented 2% of cinematographers. 🤯 . This literally blows my mind. At the same time, I also understand why SO MANY movies out there are horrible. . My goal is to always make people feel comfortable and have fun. And most importantly, be themselves. And that includes women, POC, and LGBTQ folks. I want to continue to uplift businesses of marginalized communities because their stories matter. . So thanks again for @mkgdept.columbus and @mivefashion for having me on this shoot. It makes work not feel like work
